1> What’s the Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) for your product?

A: We can accept order from 1 PC as a trial order.

2> How do you ship the products to our location?

A: For small orders, we normally ship it through international couriers like EMS, DHL, Fedex, UPS etc.But if your order is bigger, we can ship it through shared container (Less Than Container Loading), and if you are bigger buyer of the products, we can ship it by full container loading.

3> How long can you ship the products after order.

A: It depends on our inventory stocks, if we have ready existed stocks, we can arrange prompt shipment after order confirmed. We will provide the shipping schedule without delay.

4> What’s your payment terms?

A: We accept T/T 50% deposit after placing order within 3 days after contract, and 50% before shipment made. As for order amont less than 10,000 USD, 100% payment should be made before shipment.

5> How we pay you after order?

A: For small orders less than 500 US dollars, you can pay us through WESTERN UNION, MONEYGRAM and etc. If the amount is more than 500US dollars, please arrange the payment to pay to our business account. And we can accept CYN, US dollar.

6> What’s your quality warranty policy.

A: We provide 1 year quality warranty for all products. If you found your products that have problems, we can refund or arrange product replacement for you. But before this, you need to provide our evidence to show there the problems are, and we will have a assessment on them.
